Learmont & Sim Competitions is a sister business of Learmont & Sim Builders, established in 2016 Grant Learmont and Christopher Sim who are childhood friends, following in the footsteps of Chris’s dad Bill Sim both took up the building trade after leaving school.
Grant and Chris have 20 years experience in the construction trade and 10 years in partnership trading as Learmont & Sim Builders. Offering garden makeovers through competitions is a fun and engaging way the Learmont and Sim families can give back to the community and their loyal customers.
It’s a great opportunity for people to spruce up their outdoor spaces and enjoy a beautiful garden transformation to suit all their needs
